East Hanover is implementing a Special Improvement District (SID) to improve the downtown business area of town, to be financed by a new assessment on all commercially zoned property in East Hanover.

For our first Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce networking luncheon, our featured speaker is Dr. Marcia Owens, from the Daily Record�s Ask Dr. Marcia column.
