The Mission of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce (HACC) is to promote and sustain an active business community through an involved, dynamic and diverse Chamber membership, offering the opportunity for the development and promotion of its members' businesses.

The HACC will seek to improve the business climate and community well being in the markets we serve, namely; Cedar Knolls, East Hanover, Florham Park, Whippany and surrounding communities.

The Chamber, through its members, will:

• Attract, expand, and support businesses in our community
• Advocate business positions before local governments
• Foster leadership and stewardship of the community
• Provide forums and other opportunities for establishing and building mutually beneficial business relationships

Specific goals of the Chamber are to:

• Maintain and increase our membership base
• Keep membership informed of issues and activities in the area affecting their business
• Expand the scope of business contacts and increase the understanding of member businesses through networking events
• Bring value added programs of an educational nature to our membership by partnering with other organizations
