Special Notice
The Chamber is holding its annual election of Officers and Trustees on June 9, 2008 at our regularly scheduled evening HAND meeting at Warnock Automotive. The slate of candidates presented by the Nominating Committee is as follows:

The Nominating Committee is comprised of Trustees Steven F. Miller, Chair; Susana Fonticoba and Joseph L. Rosenberg.
Pursuant to Article IV, Section 2C, of the Chamber Constitution additional nominations by petition are invited. The relevant section provides:
“Nomination by Petition: Additional names of candidates for Trustees can be nominated by petition bearing the genuine signatures of at least twenty-five (25%) percent of the voting members of the Chamber. Such petition shall be filed with the Nominating Committee within ten (10) days after notice has been given of the names of those nominated. The determination of the Nominating Committee as to the legality of the petition(s) shall be final.”
Accordingly, any nomination(s) by petition shall be filed with the Nominating Committee by no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of this electronic notification of the slate of proposed candidates. Delivery of such petition to any member of the Nominating Committee shall be deemed "filing" with the Committee within the meaning of the relevant section.
Voting in the annual election shall be open to members of the Chamber, and shall be by a show of hands at the June 9 meeting.
